I’m Juliana Macedo, a designer who loves creating digital experiences that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and visually engaging. My work blends UX, UI, and visual storytelling, with a focus on designing products that not only solve problems but feel seamless to use. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of strategy and creativity, turning complex ideas into experiences that feel simple, human, and impactful.
My experience spans product, web, and visual design, where I’ve collaborated with teams to bring ideas from early concepts to polished experiences. I enjoy digging into the “why” behind user behavior, refining details through iteration, and building systems that create consistency without sacrificing creativity.
Outside of design, I’m always finding inspiration through creative hobbies like painting, baking, and other hands-on projects. Those creative outlets continue to shape the way I think about design: with curiosity, experimentation, and a strong appreciation for craftsmanship.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida in 2022, with a focus on web and app design and development. During my time at UCF, I explored a wide range of creative and technical disciplines, including UX design, UX research, accessible design, graphic design, game design, and digital storytelling. That multidisciplinary foundation shaped the way I approach design today, blending creativity, strategy, and user-centered thinking to create thoughtful digital experiences.
